Your expertise in SAP Identity and Access Management will be instrumental in maintaining the security and integrity of the systems. Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Monitor and maintain the performance and availability of critical business systems.

Identify and analyze system defects, and propose and implement effective solutions.

Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, ensuring their issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Document and maintain accurate records of system issues and their resolutions.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve system performance and efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP Identity and Access Management.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with other SAP modules such as SAP ERP or SAP CRM.

Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in enterprise applications.

Knowledge of database management systems and SQL queries.

Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Identity and Access Management.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
