Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of network infrastructures and resolving any technical problems that may arise. Your expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving will be essential in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of our applications and cloud support services.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve application and network infrastructure issues.

Monitor and analyze system performance to identify and address any bottlenecks or inefficiencies.

Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, ensuring timely resolution of their issues.

Develop and maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures and best practices.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the application support process.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.

Strong understanding of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.

Experience with network monitoring tools such as Wireshark or SolarWinds.

Knowledge of firewall configurations and security protocols.

Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with ITIL framework.

Experience in scripting languages like Python or PowerShell.

Understanding of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
