You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing solutions that align with the organization's goals and objectives. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and leveraging your expertise in Business Requirements Analysis to create efficient and effective applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME in Business Requirements Analysis- Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively- Responsible for team decisions and ensuring alignment with business requirements- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams- Develop and maintain applications based on business process and application requirements- Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into technical specifications- Design and implement efficient and scalable application solutions- Ensure the quality and integrity of the applications through rigorous testing and debugging
Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices- Experience in designing and developing applications using relevant programming languages and frameworks- Knowledge of database management systems and SQL- Familiarity with software testing and debugging techniques- Good To Have Skills:Experience with Agile development methodologies- Experience in working with cross-functional teams- Knowledge of cloud technologies and platforms
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis- This position is based at our Pune office- A 15 years full-time education is required
