Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. In this role, you will lead a team of software developers and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate, and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Lead a team of software developers to ensure successful project delivery.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.

Design, develop, and test software systems according to client specifications.

Manage and prioritize project tasks and deliverables.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges.

Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes and methodologies.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Life Sciences.

Strong understanding of data integration and ETL processes.

Experience in designing and implementing data migration strategies.

Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.

Proficient in SQL and database management systems.

Experience with data quality management and data governance.

Familiarity with SAP BusinessObjects suite and related tools.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
