Summary:As an Application Lead for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications. You will act as the primary point of contact and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, developing technical solutions, and providing guidance to team members.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical solutions.

Act as the primary point of contact for all technical aspects of the project, providing guidance and support to team members.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams.

Develop technical solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.

Must To Have Skills:Experience in leading technical teams and projects.

Good To Have Skills:Experience in .NET Framework, C#, and JavaScript.

Good To Have Skills:Experience in Agile methodologies.

Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software engineering principles.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful technical solutions.
