Domestic IT Recruiter

We are a leading Recruitment agency . We are looking for a dynamic passionate person who wants to explore the verticals of tech-recruitment and excel in his/her career. US based Staffing Company is expanding operations in India and is looking to hire a Human Resources Assistant to help manage its India and US operations. Location: 100% remote with preference for Bangalore. Our goal is to triple our headcount over the next 12-months which brings enormous opportunity for Recruiters coming on board. It is important you are highly self-motivated, able to work in a team environment and autonomously, and hold yourself to a high level of integrity. While we do focus on disrupting the market, we also have to be of a high moral standard our relationships are key, both with our clients and our candidates.

Requirements - Must have Recruitment experience in IT (4 to 7 years)
- Familiarity with applicant tracking system and resume databases
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Experience with sourcing techniques - Responsible for handling the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
- Sound knowledge of IT concepts and the latest trends.
- Coordinating with the clients to get the requirements and following up with them for the feedback of the processed profiles.
- Excellent in sourcing profiles from Job Portals (Naukri, Monster, Shine, etc.,) Social Networking sites (LinkedIn, HR groups, Facebook, etc.), and references.
- Job Postings on the Job Portals. - Achieving Daily Submittal Targets and maintaining a good submittal ratio between Interviews/Placement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Should be an aggressive and quick learner.
