We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Support and Enhancements Consultant to join

our team and elevate our Blue Yonder WMS/WLM solutions. This is a remote, work from-

home opportunity for experienced professionals with a passion for optimizing

warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert-level technical support for complex Blue Yonder WMS/WLM

issues.

• Lead and manage system enhancements to meet evolving business needs.
• Configure and extend Blue Yonder WMS/WLM to align with operational

requirements.

• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the WMS/WLM applications.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation.
• Provide training and mentorship to end-users and junior consultants.
• Collaborate with project teams on new implementations and upgrades.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding system

functionality.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with Blue Yonder WMS/WLM.
• Strong technical skills in Blue Yonder systems, warehouse operations, and data

analysis.

• Proficiency in SQL and reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate eQectively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Blue Yonder Certifications
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management
• Knowledge of industry best practices in warehouse and workforce management
