Job Description
- Work with Founders to craft an effective and actionable strategy for building our decarbonization platform.
- Be the voice of a Trusted Advisor and Domain Expert to our customers and help them craft their decarbonization plans.
- Be the voice of the Company for all things climate through your social media activity.
- Build and nurture a team of climate experts, along with the intellectual property with data points and LCA studies for real estate sectors
- Meet with allied companies and understand solutions to update our decarbonization solution set continuously.
- Represent Accacia at Climate industry events
- Work closely with the Marketing team to devise content and performance marketing strategy for the company.
- Build and retain a world-class climate team per the companys business plans.
Responsibilities (What we expect)
- At least 5 years of experience in climate and decarbonization space with either a top-tier consulting firm or building leading a corporate decarbonization program
- Experience in real estate, building energy management systems will be a plus.
- Deep understanding of GHG and PCAF accounting standards, LCA processes and Emission Factors datasets
- Executive presence and strategic thinking to represent Accacia in front of leading industry enterprises and at events
- Roll-up-your-sleeves attitude: we want thinkers who can also deliver
