Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with 5-8 years of relevant experience to take ownership of the product lifecycle in a SaaS environment. The ideal candidate will bring a customer-focused mind-set, strong project management skills, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable strategies. Prior experience with SaaS products is desired.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Planning:
• Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap.
• Conduct market research, identify customer needs, and assess competitive landscapes.
• Prioritize features and enhancements to align with company goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Partner with development, QA, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and backlog grooming.
• Act as the bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Customer Focus:
• Collect and analyze user feedback to ensure a customer-centric approach to product development.
• Identify opportunities to enhance user experience and increase customer satisfaction.
• Execution and Delivery:
• Manage product releases, ensuring timely delivery of features and solutions.
• Track progress against timelines and KPIs, resolving roadblocks as they arise.
• Ensure product documentation, training, and support materials are well-prepared.
• Performance and Metrics:
• Define success metrics for product performance and track them regularly.
• Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve the product continuously.

Key Skills

• Strong understanding of SaaS products and technologies.
• Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications
