- Coordination with the engineering and production teams to address customer requirements.
- Collaborate with production, and finance teams for seamless order execution.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations based on customer requirements.
- Internal activities like ,RFQ management, Customer change management.
- Coordination with CFT team in getting all the inputs-Feasibility ,technical details
- Coordination of customer calls and visits
- RFQ and orderbook monitoring and analysis
- Customer and internal documentation

Roles and Responsibilities - Technical Support: Provide technical and application information to the sales team and customers
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies that highlight the technical strengths of products
- Collaboration: Work closely with product development teams to understand technical specifications and unique selling points
- Content Creation: Create marketing materials that accurately convey technical aspects of products
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in the market
- Product Launches: Participate in product launches and promotional events, providing technical insights where necessary
