Academic Advisor

Purpose of the Job:

Academic Advisors play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission - they directly work with teachers and schools to ensure that our system is effectively implemented to achieve the desired learning outcomes. We are looking for highly competent professionals who are excited by the idea of democratizing quality teaching tools and techniques to students and teachers in affordable Private schools.

Key Responsibilities :

Build capacity by training and coaching School leaders, Academic coordinators, and teachers in LEAD partner schools to drive implementation of the LEAD academic system that delivers excellent student outcomes.

Support and monitor LEAD School academic system execution in partner schools through regular observations and data-driven conversations.

Share insightful and meaningful reports at regular intervals to showcase student and teacher performance, and interventions that are being carried out.

Build academic relationships with school owners, principals, academic coordinators, and teachers

Collaborate with other functions in the organization to effectively solve problems that hamper partner schools experience with LEAD.

Proactively gather insights from the field and feed them back internally to improve the LEAD academic system.

Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and collaborating with large and diverse teams.

Strong training and facilitation experience in Pedagogy and Curriculum implementation

Develop and implement retention strategies to build lasting relationships with schools, ensuring continued partnerships and growth

Ideal Experience Profile :

Education: B.Ed/M.Ed preferable or Engineering / MBA / Bachelors degree in Science or Maths

Minimum 3 years of experience post qualification and Maximum 10 years

Work Experience -

K-10 teaching experience in school or TFI experience (preferable)

Academic Coordinators role in school

Teacher Training Experience

EdTech Implementation experience
