Role Overview

As a Product Manager at AcadAlly, you will play a crucial role in defining and driving the development of our AI-powered educational solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data science, to create intuitive and effective products that enhance student learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• • Define and prioritize the product roadmap in alignment with business goals.
• • Translate user needs and business requirements into clear product features and user stories.
• • Work with engineering and design teams to develop intuitive, user-centric solutions.
• • Utilize SQL, data analytics, and data science to derive insights and inform product decisions.
• • Apply UX design principles to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
• • Conduct A/B testing and leverage data to optimize product performance.
• • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on product features.
• • Ensure timely delivery of product enhancements in an agile environment.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• • 2,3 years of experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or related role in a tech-driven company.
• • Strong SQL skills for data querying and analysis.
• • Experience with data analytics, data science, and AI-driven product development.
• • Familiarity with Framing techniques for structured problem-solving and decision-making.
• • Proficiency in UX design principles and working with design teams to create user-friendly interfaces.
• • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and data-driven product optimization.
• • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• • Prior experience in EdTech, AI, or SaaS-based products.
• • Exposure to machine learning models and AI-driven personalization.
• • Experience working in an agile development environment.
