Primary Skills

• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline
• 3-4+ years with MuleSoft ESB (MCD lvl1 certification is mandatory and MCIA Lvl2 desirable)
• Experience in Mule 4.x highly desirable
• Experience in MuleSoft data weave scripting
• Experience in CICD pipeline
• Experience in previous Mule versions valued
• Experience in IDP, RPA and Flow Orchestration is a plus
• Demonstrated system implementation skills
• Flexible attitude in order to meet outcomes required

Desirable:

• IBM MQ experience
• Salesforce experience/certification
• Java experience/certification
• ITIL experience/certification
• Mainframe experience

Knowledge

• Ability to implement solutions according to formal development methodologies, including
• Agile/SCRUM and Waterfall methodologies
• Experience in working with both functional and non-functional requirements
• Knowledge of service layer applications and tools, specifically MuleSoft ESB
• Desirable experience delivering online Life insurance applications

Technical Skills

• Experience with ESB software, specifically MuleSoft ESB
• Write production quality executable code (including documentation) for user interfaces, business processes,
• domain objects, etc. and database scripts
• Validation of code quality using walkthroughs, code reviews and unit tests using MUnit
• Experience in working with Any point tools i.e. Studio, Exchange, Designer, Runtime Manager, Monitoring etc.
• Experience in API development using SOAP, REST, JMS and FTP
• Experience in working with RAML, XML Schemas, Json, CSV formats. Familiar with Continuous Build integration tools including Nexus, GIT and Bamboo
• Confident with application build and deployment scripts/configuration
• Java experience
• Experience with Relation database (DB2), IBM MQ, Unix and Windows platforms, and Atlassian suite of tools including JIRA and Confluence

Desirable:

• In-depth knowledge in providing cloud-based solutions, specifically with Salesforce
• Experience in integration with Salesforce development environment.
