Certification Manager

Are you a veteran professional in ISO standards and certification processes? We are seeking a Certification Manager to join our dynamic team and lead our ISO certification operations with expertise and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

a) Oversee the end-to-end ISO certification process, ensuring compliance with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.).

b) Manage and guide a team of auditors and technical experts to ensure seamless project execution.

c) Review and approve audit reports and certification decisions to maintain high-quality service delivery.

d) Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

e) Stay updated on changes in ISO standards and implement necessary updates to processes and training.

f) Ensure adherence to accreditation body requirements and company policies.

g) Coordinate with other departments to manage resources effectively and meet project timelines.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields (MBA or advanced certification preferred).

Minimum 5 years of experience in ISO certification processes preferably in NABCB Accreditation.

Lead Auditor certifications for ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 etc).

Strong understanding of ISO accreditation body guidelines and certification standards.

Proven leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational abilities.

Proficiency in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
