Roles and Responsibilities

The ideal Candidate must be:

Fluent in spoken English. Must have a typing speed of about 40WPM.

Able to answer incoming calls, make outgoing calls to patients, to other doctor's office and to insurance companies.

Provide support to customer inquiries. Take accurate and appropriate messages.

Maintain adequate proficiency in our EHR system after the training period.

Attend to fax messages, download and assign them to the correct patient chart.

Schedule sufficient number of patients for each of the offices on a daily basis. Call to confirm appointments for the following day.

Willingness to perform other tasks as assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile

Must be at least graduates with good academic record

Good verbal, written, and communication skills in English.

Perks and Benefits

Pay range INR 2, 00, 000 to 3, 50, 000 per year.

Higher pay can be considered for exceptional candidates.

The position is night shift.

Preferred only Male Candidates.

You will be trained by US based staff and will need to interact with them on a regular basis.
