We are currently looking for Area Manager- Sales for INERA. In this role you will:
Lead and motivate sales team to achieve targets as defined in the business plan
Build the framework for a sustainable business process including channel partners.
Motivate direct sales team to establish coverage and distribution to meet sales targets.
Guide the frontend demand team to help the liquidation at the farmer s end.
Utilize skills to generate high quality leads built a strong filed team.
Responsible for account receivable.
Maintain a clear focus on new channels like Institutions and modern trade to build distribution, visibility and volumes.
Work towards reduction in sales cost with optimum utilization of resources.

What we are looking for:
8 to 10 years of experience leading high performing sales teams.
Agri Graduate/Postgraduate, coupled with Agri or general MBA preferred.
Solid experience in Sales of Biologicals (Bio stimulants, Micronutrients, Water soluble fertilizer s, Speciality fertilizers) allied category products.
Thorough knowledge of package of practices of target crops such as Grapes, Onion, Tomato, Chili , Capsicum , Cole crops , Floriculture other crops.
Effectively leading team of MDO, SDE getting objective output-based field work on a sustained basis. Build high performing team.
Good exposure conducting mega farmers meeting field day, retailers training program
Excellent consultative and interpersonal skills
Ability to champion continuous change and consult with versatility
Passion to work in entrepreneurial set-ups, creating / managing a business, comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and working in a constantly evolving business environment
