Job Description:
We are currently looking for Zonal Manager- Sales for INERA. In this role you will be:
Develop and execute sales strategies for increase of market share and profitability on sustainable basis in line with Annual Business Plan (ABP).
Lead and motivate sales team to achieve targets as defined in the business plan
Build the framework for a sustainable business process including channel partners.
Drive business objectives innovative productivity improvement.
Motivate direct sales team to establish coverage and distribution to meet sales targets.
Guide the frontend demand team to help the liquidation at the farmer s end.
Utilize skills to generate high quality leads built a strong filed team.
Annual forecast of the product pipeline for both (short long term).
Responsible for account receivable.
Maintain a clear focus on new channels like Institutions and modern trade to build distribution, visibility and volumes.
Work towards reduction in sales cost with optimum utilization of resources.

What we are looking for:
10+ years professional experience preferably in biological Agri-inputs. Agri Graduate/Postgraduate, coupled with Agri or general MBA preferred.
Experience in Agro input sales, BD, Marketing professional experience
Experienced in Sales management, Customer Relation Management
Large Customer management skills, Team player, Excellent communication skills (Oral written), customer handling skills.
Strong financial acumen
Customer service attitude
Strategic mindset to develop channel growth plan.
Team working and People Management Skills
Knowledge of local language /Products/Markets/ potential geographies.
