Role & responsibilities
- Candidate will learn to support EPABX telecommunication and IT networking equipment.
- Candidate will learn to identify, assess and find solutions to various technical problems.
- Candidate will learn to inspect sites and conduct Preventive Maintenance .
- Candidate will learn to promptly working emergencies and will be equipped to handle
disruptions of service with good analytical skills. - Candidate will learn to be aware of government and company standards and procedures like
logical partitioning. - Candidate will learn to work on Voice Protocols: ISDN, SIP, H323, QSIG, E&M etc.
Preferred candidate profile
Educational Qualification: - BSC (Computers, Electronics), Diploma (EE, EEE, ETC/ECE, IT, CS)
