Commercial Head - Accounts - CA (5-10 yrs)

Financial Management & Reporting:

- Oversee the branch's day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accurate and timely financial records.

- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Monitor branch financial performance against budget and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.

- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and relevant regulatory requirements.

- Commercial Operations

- Manage pricing, cost control, and profitability analysis for branch operations.

- Negotiate and oversee contracts with vendors and clients, ensuring optimal commercial terms.

- Support business decision-making by providing financial insights and commercial evaluations.

- Budgeting and Forecasting

- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes for the branch.

- Analyze operational data to develop financial projections and strategies.

- Compliance and Risk Management

- Ensure adherence to tax regulations, statutory audits, and internal control policies.

- Manage internal and external audits, providing required documentation and explanations.

- Identify potential financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.

- Supervise inventory management processes to minimize losses and optimize stock levels.

- Ensure effective cash flow management and monitor receivables and payables.
