Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated service delivery manager to be responsible for invoice processing business.
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Manager of Invoice Management to oversee and enhance our invoice processing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our invoice management processes, leading a dedicated team, and implementing strategies to maintain our reputation for protecting every penny from every invoice.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of invoice management professionals. Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance.
Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.:Oversee the end-to-end invoice processing workflow, including itemization, reconciliation, and audits.
Ensure accuracy in the itemization of products, alignment with purchase orders, and resolution of discrepancies. Review and approve invoice reconciliations and audit findings to ensure compliance with company standards. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with other departments to leverage technology for enhancing invoice management processes. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on operational performance to senior management.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding invoice management issues and inquiries. Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing concerns promptly and effectively. Gather and analyze client feedback to continuously improve service offerings.
Prepare and present detailed reports on invoice processing performance, including accuracy rates, turnaround times, and cost savings. Analyze trends and provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
