Job Description
Aboitiz Data Innovation (ADI) is one of the leading up and coming start-ups in the field of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence. We believe data can drive change for a better world by advancing businesses across industries and communities.
We are looking for an ERP Implementation Delivery Lead to join our team to oversee the end-to-end delivery of ERP systems. This role requires extensive experience in needs analysis, system architecture, design, vendor selection, and project management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mining or industrial sectors and a proven track record of successfully implementing ERP solutions.
This is 1 year contract, subject to extension.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End ERP Implementation: Lead the entire ERP implementation process, from needs analysis and system design to vendor selection and system deployment.
- Needs Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Architecture and Design: Collaborate with technical teams to design the ERP architecture that aligns with organizational needs.
- Vendor Management: Manage the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, evaluate vendor proposals, and select suitable ERP vendors (e.g., Oracle, SAP).
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met throughout the implementation process.
- Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring adherence to project milestones and deliverables.
- Cloud Migration: Lead efforts related to cloud migration for ERP systems, ensuring a smooth transition and integration.
- Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support and optimization of the ERP system after deployment, ensuring it meets evolving business needs.
- Travel Requirements: Initially travel to connect with stakeholders, followed by bi-monthly or quarterly visits as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ERP certifications) are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP implementations, specifically in mining or industrial sectors.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and their functionalities, with a focus on cloud-based solutions
- Proven experience managing multiple competing priorities and stakeholders, with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with various levels of the organization
- Experience in mining support services and an appreciation of how ERP systems operate in a complex industrial environment.
- Previous experience in managing ERP implementations across multiple cycles.
- Willingness to travel and engage in face-to-face interactions with stakeholders.
