Candidate Profile:

  • Candidate should have worked on same or similar profile in a web/mobile solutions development company.
  • Candidate should have an experience in writing Proposals/RFPs/RFIs and presentations, pre-sales business documents.

  • Should be having experience of coordinating with different Teams leaders to prepare complete proposals and tracking the inputs.
  • Strong team player and a positive attitude.
  • Proven analytical skills and strategic thinking.
  • Dependability Meets schedules consistently including deadlines and project requirements.
  • Keep updated about the latest updates in the web, ecommerce and mobile commerce industry.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Business Analyst (Sales): 1 to 4 years || B. Tech, BCA, B. Sc (IT), M. Tech, MCA or M. Sc (IT), MBA candidates will be preferred
  • Associate: Business Analyst (Sales): 0 - 1 year || Bachelors Degree in Computer Applications, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field. Alternative Qualifications: A diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management may also be considered, especially if accompanied by relevant internships or work experience
  • Candidates with an IT Industry background only (For the experienced candidates). Preferably from northern region.

Job Title 1 - Business Analyst (Sales)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle assigned leads
  • Calls and Follow ups with the clients
  • Custom Requirements Understanding/Gathering
  • Involve Seniors Team members, if required
  • Deliver product demos within the team and to the prospects/clients
  • Ensure superior customer satisfaction before and after project delivery
  • Participate in conversation between post-sales department and client
  • Documentation - BRD, HRD, WBS, Proposals, Estimation Sheet etc as may be required
  • Share feedback and suggestions:
  • Give suggestions to improve products and share clients feedback with the product development, marketing team and other analysts.
  • Process Gaps Identification - Any changes we can do in our process, to convert the leads better.
  • Quality of Work Apply job knowledge effectively and thoroughly. Demonstrate reliability and accuracy in work performance.
  • Meet the assigned targets (10X of the salary)
  • Reporting and Leads Management:
  • Number of Leads Handled, Won, Lost with reasons for leads lost
  • Maintain Leads status, notes, progress updates etc in the CRM as per the CRM and Leads Management guidelines shared.
  • Provide other reports as may be required for different analysis purpose.

Job Title 2 - Associate: Business Analyst (Sales)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead Qualification and Initial Engagement
Key Activities:
o Analyze and make relevant notes w.r.t source of the lead, prospects persona/profile,
options to establish a connection with the prospect.
o Conduct initial contact with leads via email/phone/whatsapp/skype/Social Networking
platforms etc and record relevant notes in our CRM.
o Collect and record essential information from leads to determine relevancy and potential
of the lead.
o Qualified leads will be transferred to the core sales team members for further action.
2. Follow-Ups and Communication
Key Activities:
o Conduct timely follow-ups with leads who are not responding and may require additional
information
o Keep detailed records of follow-up interactions and client needs via CRM.
3. Demo Presentations
Key Activities:
o Learn our ready eCommerce solutions thoroughly.
o Prepare and deliver demo presentations to our prospects/clients/inhouse team members.
o Address general (HOW TOs) queries during and after the demo to facilitate a smooth
handover to core sales members.
4. General Query Handling
Key Activities:
o Respond to basic queries regarding products, services, or processes.
o Direct more complex inquiries to the appropriate core sales team members.
5. Collaboration and Support
Key Activities:
o Collaborate with senior sales team members and provide the required support as may be
required wrt to Leads Analysis, Prospects Profiling, Leads Handling, CRM Management
and Data Analysis, competition analysis.
o Provide timely and accurate updates to the Sales Team regarding lead status and
feedback.
