Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Graphic Designer with a knack for storytelling and visual aesthetics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating impactful designs and short videos that resonate with our audience, align with our brand identity, and drive engagement across platforms. This role is critical to enhancing our brand presence and supporting marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize and design visually compelling graphics for digital and print mediums,

including social media, websites, brochures, and flyers.

2. Develop short, engaging videos that showcase our products, campaigns, and company

ethos.

3. Collaborate with the marketing team to create a cohesive visual identity across all

platforms.

4. Translate complex technical details into user-friendly and visually appealing content.

5. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into designs.

6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

7. Ensure consistency in branding and maintain a high standard of quality in all outputs.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

2. 3-4 years of professional experience in graphic design.

3. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,

InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).

4. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and mediums.

5. Experience in creating motion graphics and video editing.

6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

7. Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.

8. Understanding of the coated steel industry or manufacturing sector is a plus.
