• Project Exposure = Highrise residential tower with Aluform shuttering and commercial projects

Job Description

• Preparation of standard operating procedure (SOP) for construction activities Civil, Services & Finishing
• Coordinated approach for innovative ideas/solutions, conducting trials at site to evaluate alternate materials, methods, techniques to improve the Quality of RCC, Services & finishing works.
• Training to workforce & Engineer for work related SOP before start of work and periodic Review of SOPs.
• Preparation of Quality specification, verification of Lab equipment & periodic calibration, Concrete & Mortar Mix Design, Quality Audits & inspection of regular site activities,
• Day-to-day inspection of incoming materials, on-going construction activities as per specifications, close coordination with execution team.
• Review & acceptance of manufacturer’s test certificate of bought items & materials like cement, sand, aggregates, finishing items, CP fittings, Electricals, Plumbing, HVAC etc.
• Highlight and Issuance of site non-conformities to contractors for deviation in materials, work process / method, quality assurance etc.
• Ensure effective corrective actions are taken and the NCs are closed within stipulated time without hampering delay in execution of project.
• Performance evaluation of the contractor along with Project Manager with respect to execution with specified quality standard.
• MIS report - daily, weekly, monthly quality reports
