AX Technical Architect

Responsibilities:

- To develop and deliver detailed solutions/product as per the requirements of the client within defined parameters of time and quality.

- To develop and deliver, detailed solutions through consulting project activities

- To perform qualitative and/or quantitative analyses to assist in the identification of client issues and the development of client-specific solutions

- To coordinate with Internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective deliver of client specific solution

- To design, structure and deliver reports and presentations that are appropriate to the characteristics or needs of the audience

- To cultivate successful customer relationships

Requirements:

- 8 to 10 years of overall IT experience with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012/D365 etc.

- Technical troubleshooting skills in areas like SSRS, Workflows, New Business process, Integration, alerts & email, data management, role permissions etc., in Dynamics Ax 2012/D365 F&O

- Understanding of modules AP, AR, Inventory, Finance in Ax 2012/D365 F&O

- Understanding of standard business processes or enhancements.

- End- to- end ERP implementation experience in AX 2012 or D365 FO

- Code and integration experience

- Experience of a full life-cycle implementation and support of D365/AX in a Consulting role

- Excellent Communication & Customer support skills

- Strong Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving skills
