Creative Designer ( Real Estate )

Design Principles:

A creative designer must master design principles to effectively communicate a message. This involves combining various elements like color, text, and images harmoniously.

Ideation:

Generating fresh, innovative concepts that align with client requirements is crucial. Creative designers need to think outside the box and come up with unique ideas.

Branding:

Understanding the key components that form a brand and how they interact is essential. This skill helps connect with the target audience effectively.

Creating for Various Media:

A creative designer should be proficient in creating designs for both print and digital media. Knowing the methods and tools used in each medium is important.

Design Software:

Proficiency in design software, especially Creative Cloud (including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign), is a must. These tools are widely used in the industry for creating stunning visuals.

Duties and Responsibilities of a Creative Designer:

• Conversations: Engage in discussions with the product and marketing team to understand their objectives, campaigns, and expected outputs. Clear communication is key to translating their vision into reality.
• Developing Creative Briefs: Transform the client's ideas into detailed creative briefs that guide the design process.
• Generating Original Ideas: Use creative thinking to produce engaging visuals that captivate the audience. This involves brainstorming and developing innovative concepts.
• Market Research: Participate in market research to understand trends and preferences. This helps in creating designs that resonate with the target audience.
• Media Selection: Choose the most appropriate media for the project, whether it's print, digital, or a combination of both.
• Designing with Software: Utilize design programs like Photoshop and Illustrator to create high-quality images. Proficiency in these tools is essential for producing professional designs.
• Overall Campaign Design: Develop the overall design and layout for campaigns, ensuring consistency and coherence throughout.
• Draft and Revisions: Deliver initial drafts to the client and make necessary updates based on their feedback. Flexibility and attention to detail are important in this stage.
• File Delivery: Ensure final design files are delivered to the required suppliers, such as web designers or printers, in the correct format.

Requirements :

• Real estate experience is mandatory for this role ( Min 2 years as senior designer in a real estate firm )

Job Location : HSR, Bangalore

CTC Upto 9 lpa for a right candidate Plus annual incentive based bonus and other perks.

Language Preference: Hindi, English and other south Indian Languages ( Not mandatory but good to have )
