Position - Officer - Continuous Improvement

Location - Goa Plant

Role & responsibilities

• First point of contact for Improvement related issues on production machines (Tube-making, printing, and molding machines).
• To read communication, note down m/c related problems & correct same during maintenance.
• Responsible/accountable for Improvement of all production machines, spares availability, electronics/electrical/Mechanical.
• Co-ordinate with engineering Department & implement improvement on Machine speed, Automation, to achieve set targets.
• Responsible for Continuous Improvement on Energy project, Annual saving project.
• Implement Kaizen activity.
• Responsible for new project Execution.

Knowledge/Technical Skills Required

• Should have good problem-solving skills with an ability to work well under pressure.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of operation and maintenance activities on high-speed production machinery.
• Sound technical skills and competence.
• Good project planning skills

Experience & qualifications :

• Diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
• 2-4 years of work experience.

CTC will be maximum 4 lacs P. A.
