Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct Process training sessions ; handling NHT Batches
• Conduct Refreshers Training Sessions
• Develop Training Modules; PPTs
• Develop and Assess Training Need analysis
• Run BQ Programs
• Process Improvement methods and Innovative Solutions to optimize sales

Preferred candidate profile

• Must have minimum 2 years experience in conducting BPO Sales Training
• Excellent English communication skills
