Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced candidate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the e-commerce strategy to drive online sales growth and increase customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the e-commerce strategy to drive online sales growth and increase customer engagement
- Manage the e-commerce website, including product listings, promotions, Order Processing, and pricing, to optimize the user experience and drive conversions
- Monitor and analyse website traffic and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions
- Stay up-to-date with e-commerce industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and make recommendations for continuous improvement
- Manage relationships with external partners, including agencies, vendors, and technology providers
Qualifications Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in e-commerce management.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce industry trends and best practices
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Jio mart Etc.
- Excellent communication, team management, and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
