Brand Strategy & Positioning :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with global brand guidelines while adapting to the unique needs of the Indian market.
- Define the brand positioning, unique value propositions (UVP), and key messaging for premium skincare products.
- Conduct market research, consumer insights, and competitive analysis to understand trends, preferences, and emerging opportunities.
Product Portfolio Management:
- Manage the brand's product portfolio, ensuring alignment with market demand and company objectives.
- Oversee new product launches, ensuring proper positioning, go-to-market strategies, and marketing plans.
- Monitor product performance, sales data, and customer feedback to optimize product offerings and customer satisfaction.
Campaign Management:
- Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and drive sales across multiple channels (e-commerce, retail, social media, influencers, etc.).
- Work with creative teams to develop impactful visuals, content, and communications for campaigns.
- Manage influencer marketing programs, ensuring that brand collaborations align with brand values and target audience.
Digital & Social Media Marketing:
- Oversee social media marketing strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with digital marketing teams to optimize paid campaigns, including Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and social media ad spends.
- Drive e-commerce sales growth by optimizing the brand's presence on key online platforms like Nykaa, Amazon, and Flipkart.
Brand Partnerships & Public Relations:
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including influencers, celebrities, and beauty professionals.
- Manage public relations and media outreach to increase brand recognition and credibility in the Indian market.
- Drive collaborations with premium retail partners and beauty salons to increase brand presence in offline channels.
Market Insights & Analytics:
- Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, competitor activities, and industry developments to drive brand strategy and decision-making.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as brand awareness, customer loyalty, and sales growth.
