Overview : Head HRBP is a strategic leadership role for which would be responsible for making the company amongst the top 100 employers in India. This position requires a visionary leader with strong mix of strategic insight with execution excellence, ability to embrace feedback and drive people priorities in a complex ecosystem. The role collaborates closely with the Head of Operations, CMO and all regional/ functional leaders to align regional strategies with corporate objectives, ensuring the long-term success and expansion of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
- Build the people agenda for entire business which enables stronger business performance along with employee wellbeing and growth
- Identify and work on key projects which will impact key business priorities for the FY
2. Financial and Operational Excellence:
- Enable business through 95% availability of people in stores across roles, while managing Fixed Cost for the business
- Ownership of CTC and Non CTC G&A for the business
3. Stakeholder Management:
- Set up and execute mechanisms of connect for stakeholders with right reporting mechanism/s
- Market work for self and team to pick up voice from the frontline
4. People Leadership:
- Accountability for talent management, including hiring, training, performance management, and succession planning
- Lead and inspire regional teams, fostering a culture of high performance
- Champion Diversity for the business and work towards removing roadblocks in the path to a equitable workspace
- Develop and mentor Cluster Managers and all regional leaders, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic vision and goals.
5. Operational Oversight:
- Ensure compliance with all organizational standards, procedures, and legal requirements, including licensing and state laws.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and reduce friction in rolling out new initiatives.
- Regularly review HR team deliverables on Availability, Attrition, Engagement and Diversity. Work towards improving metrics on these 4 pillars
