Manager - Risk Management

Roles and Responsibilities
Skills and Qualifications required:
- Person will be responsible for :
- Proprietary Desk Risk for Equity, Commodity, FX and Fixed Income Products
- Understanding the dynamics of the trading desk with respect to underlying exposures & hedging
- Guide Risk team members towards efficient risk tracking of their respective books
- Design validation of new equity/commodity structure products issued
- Regularly update business specific risk policies
- Knowledge of developing macros/vba for efficient reporting practise
- Experience in handling large trading books including physical commodity assets
- Risk generalist with experience in Financial Risk
- Good knowledge and grasp of derivatives & Option Greeks
- Strong analytical and dispute resolution skills
- Must have a team lead experience
- Ability to make independent decisions with a strong sense of empowerment and leadership skills to command the respect of a cross functional set of professionals at senior level (internal and external)
- FRM/CFA preferable
Skills and Qualifications required:
- Experience : 4 - 8 Years
