Job Title: Territory Sales Manager - Bakery Industry

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic TSM to join our team, preferably with a background in the bakery industry including bread and sweet goods. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling distribution channels, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Experience:
  
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the bakery industry (bread and sweet goods).

• Distribution Management:
  
• Experience in handling distribution channels is a must.
• Ensure efficient distribution of products to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.

• Customer Relationship Management:
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to generate sales and encourage repeat business.
• Identify and understand customer needs; suggest appropriate products and demonstrate their uses at customer locations.

• Sales Strategy and Execution:
  
• Work on dedicated routes to market (RTM) strategies to generate sales.
• Actively seek opportunities to add new customers and extend product lines.
