Business Development Associate

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of client needs by engaging in effective communication and building rapport.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
  
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach efforts.
  
• Identify potential clients through cold calling, LinkedIn research, and other means to generate leads.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or related field to salon sales, health and wellness or beauty industry preferred.
  
• Strong skills in cold calling, outbound sales, upselling, and empathy (emotional intelligence).
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of motivation.
