Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable, payable, and cash flow for real estate projects.
  
• Ensure accurate GST filing and compliance with tax laws.
  
• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  
• Conduct audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
  
• Provide support on RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) matters related to accounting.
• Knowledge of TDR and TDS
