This role includes overseeing REST API development, managing cloud solutions on AWS, and handling backend tools like Celery, Redis, and PostgreSQL.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of developers to ensure high-quality project delivery.

- Architect, develop, and optimize scalable applications with Python and Django.

- Manage REST API development and cloud infrastructure on AWS.

- Oversee task handling with Celery/Redis and database management with PostgreSQL.

- Conduct code reviews, establish best practices, and foster team growth.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.

- Manage tasks and timelines using AGILE methodologies and JIRA.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies to continually improve processes and skills.

Qualifications :

- 8+ years in Python development, with 5+ years in a technical or team lead role.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience in leading a development team.

- Knowledge of AGILE methodologies and JIRA.

- Proficiency in Python, Django, REST APIs, AWS, Linux, and PostgreSQL.
