Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced/Fresher HR Executive to join our dynamic team in the recruitment department of our NBFC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that we attract, hire, and retain the best talent to meet our organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the organization.
- Conduct job analysis and create detailed job descriptions and specifications in collaboration with department heads.

2. Sourcing Candidates:
- Utilize various sourcing methods including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events to identify potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience.

3. Interviewing:
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, both telephonic and in-person, to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Prepare interview documentation and provide feedback to hiring managers.

4. Onboarding:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, culture, and procedures.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, BBA/MBA.
- 0-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the financial services or NBFC sector.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
