Medical Coding(Profee Surgery, Same day Surgery, E/m Surgery)

Role & responsibilities

*Perform a variety of activities involving the coding of medical records by ascribing

accurate diagnosis and CPT codes as per ICD-10 and CPT-4 systems of coding.

*Perform audit for Outpatient and/or Inpatient records with accuracy and as per

turnaround time requirements.

*Focuses on continuous improvement by working on projects that enables customers

to arrest revenue leakage while following the standards.

*Focuses on updating coding skills, knowledge, and accuracy by participating in

coding team meetings and educational conferences.

Preferred candidate profile :

*Min 2years Experience in Profee Surgery (General Surgery, Orthopaedic Surgery, OB-GYN Neurology, Colo-Rectal surgery)

*Min 2years Experience in EM (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Cardiology,

OB-GYN, Trauma care, Ortho)

(OR)

*Min 2years Experience in specialties such as Outpatient & Inpatient E&M (Family Medicine,
Internal Medicine, Cardiology, OB-GYN, Trauma care, Endocrinology &
Gastroenterology)

Qualification:

• Graduate in Life Science, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, Zoology, Microbiology discipline
• 2+ years of industry experience Surgery
• Certified Coding Professional
• Work from office for 6 months.
