HR Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Handle HR documentation, including employee records, contracts, and attendance
• Plan and execute smooth onboarding processes to ensure new hires integrate seamlessly into the company.
• Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and legal requirements.
• Coordinate with external vendors for office supplies, facilities management, and other admin requirements.
• Support employee engagement initiatives.
• Accurately process payroll for all employees within specified timelines.
• Coordinating performance appraisal and feedback discussions and grievance handling.
• Handle exit formalities for offboarding.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3-5 years of experience as an HR Professional
• Master's Degree in Human Resources Management is preferred.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
