Field Investigation Officer / Field Researcher

Research Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and engage in field research activities.
• Plan and organize field research based on desired outcomes and objectives.
• Conduct interviews and interact with relevant individuals to gather insights.
• Assist in developing and reviewing research reports related to team activities.
• Compile and analyze data, creating detailed reports of findings.
• Simplify and present findings in an understandable format.
• Implement tests of processes, policies, and protocols.
• Recommend improvements based on research results.
• Write reports, white papers, and other published documents.
• Support Senior Analysts in data analysis.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Experience in field research, whether in rural, urban, or both settings.
• Comfort in speaking with strangers and adapting to new situations and environments.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Good command of Hindi and Marathi.
