Experience Range : 6 to 8 years

Work Mode : Hybrid (3 days office weekly)

Location : Bangalore/Gurgaon/Pune/Noida/Mumbai

Qualification : BE/ B Tech / MCA

Primary Skills : LWC Apex, Integration, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience or Community Cloud.

Job Description :

- Salesforce configurations, Apex, LWC, Service Cloud, Integrations, Lightning, Communities

- Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce development experience.

- Completion of a coding exercise during the interview process is obligatory.

- Proficiency in integrations.

- Mastery in Service Cloud functionality.

- Familiarity with Chat and Chatbots.

- Understanding of Experience Cloud and Customer Community platforms.

- Advanced expertise in product, service, and solution design and development.

- Capacity to formulate responses and devise solutions tailored to customer needs.

Nice to have :

- Platform 1\2 Developer Certified is the requirement.

- Certified service cloud consultant
