Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts and compliance management, including MIS Reporting, tax returns filing, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
  
• Manage client relationships, ensuring timely delivery of services and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
  
• Ensure accurate financial record-keeping, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control across multiple clients.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
  
• Develop strong client relationships through effective communication, trust-building, and proactive issue resolution.
