Piramal - Senior Digital Product Manager - Credit Underwriting - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (6-8 yrs)

JOB OVERVIEW:

As the Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for owning the strategy and direction of one or more products within our company. You will be accountable for setting the product vision, identifying new product opportunities and prioritizing capabilities, and driving the product roadmap to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and seamless user experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap, defining and prioritizing features that will drive user engagement, retention, and revenue growth for Credit Platforms

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends

- Define and track key performance metrics, leveraging data to inform product decisions and drive growth

- Partner closely with cross functional teams to ensure successful product launches, on-time delivery, and seamless user experiences

- Establish a deep understanding of our customer needs and preferences, using insights to inform product development and innovation

- Drive product growth and adoption, using a data-driven approach to identify opportunities to improve user engagement and retention

- Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation through to end-of-life decisions

- Act as a subject matter expert on credit processes & user persona, providing guidance and

mentorship to other members of the product team.

- Lead enthusiastic product team and implement right product management principles

REQUIREMENTS:

- B.Tech MBA from tier 1 college is mandatory

- 6-7 years of experience in product management with 4+ years in managing credit

platforms in NBFC/Banks with hands-on working on credit product via engagement & reducing/eliminating manual tasks, reducing decision TAT, enabling machine based decisions, digitized legal & valuation processes in secured loans (home loans, used car loans) via digital capabilities

- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to drive product decisions and track performance metrics. Comfortable with usage of analytical tools, setting up metrics via SQL queries/visual tools and draw insights to enhance/build new capabilities

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong sense of urgency and bias for action

- Passion for fintech and a deep understanding of the industry trends and competitive landscape

- Experience working with agile development methodologies and managing product backlogs

- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring other members of the product team with at least 1-2 years experience in managing product team

- Should be keen to implement AI/Gen-AI way of solving sales & credit problems

- Additional understanding of Ops processes and digitization of the same would help
