Associate Operations Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Entry: Accurately enter data into internal systems, ensuring completeness and correctness.
• Database Management: Update and maintain customer databases and records, ensuring they are current and organized.
• Customer Interaction: Provide timely follow-up with clients and customers via calling to ensure satisfaction and resolve queries.
• Calling: Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing information, and assisting with issues as necessary.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a calling and data entry role or similar position.
• Skills:
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
