Job Description:

USA and Australia Accounting & Taxation:

• Preparation of annual financial statements.
• Preparation of Monthly & Quarterly Indirect Tax Returns.
• Periodic Bookkeeping.
• Preparation of annual tax returns for businesses and individuals.

Indian Accounting & Taxation:

• Good understanding of accounting and tax concepts.
• Compute taxes, prepare returns, and handle TDS & GST filings and reconciliations.
• Manage balance sheets, profit/loss statements, and other financial reports.
• Manage payroll and EPF and ESI data with precision.
• Hands-on usage skills of Indian accounting software like Tally.
• Perform day-to-day accounting tasks, including maintaining accurate records and filing documents.
• Prepare Budget forecast and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Preparation of Monthly MIS.
• Reconcile accounts payable, receivable, and bank statements.
• Support auditors during audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Follow up on outstanding customer balances as required.
• Record and process intercompany invoices, payments, and journal entries in accordance with company policies.
• Prepare and analyze intercompany reports for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Should have knowledge of annual compliances, including Labour Law, POSH, Apprenticeship Act, and other company-related compliances.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Proficiency in Tally and MS Office is essential.
• Strong experience in accounting and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with financial tools.
