Aanuraj Industries is looking for Floor Supervisor to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
- Key responsibilities include:1
- Overseeing the work of employees, providing direction and guidance as needed, and ensuring a high level of customer service

- Scheduling and assigning tasks to employees, ensuring proper coverage during business hours

- Resolving customer complaints and ensuring a positive customer experience
- 4
- Monitoring employee performance and providing feedback to help improve their skills
- 5
- Maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- 6
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations
- 7
- Developing and implementing plans to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- 8
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in the industry and market trends
- 9
- Performing other tasks as assigned by management
- Qualifications:1
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team

- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and maintain a positive customer experience

- Good communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail
- 4
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively

- Familiarity with basic computer programs, such as Microsoft Office
