Client Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Manager to join our interior design team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you'll provide exceptional customer service, manage daily office operations, and support our design team with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients, visitors, and vendors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
• Manage phone calls, emails, and mail, responding to inquiries and directing messages to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain accurate records, files, and databases (e.g., client information, project records, and vendor contacts).
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, including scheduling and sending reminders.
• Provide administrative support to designers, including preparing documents, presentations, and materials.
• Process and track invoices, payments, and expenses.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and design trends to engage with clients and designers.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Interior Design or related field is a plus.
