Job Description.
We are looking for Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Analyst who will be managing risks associated with third-party vendors, ensuring contract alignment with organizational policies, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
Skill / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in third-party risk management, contract management, compliance, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of risk management principles and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with contract review, negotiation, and management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Third-Party Risk Management: Risk assessment, due diligence, vendor monitoring.
- Contract Alignment: Contract review, negotiation, SLA management.
- Compliance: Regulatory compliance, compliance assessments, audit preparation.
Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication, collaboration.
Certification Required: CRISC, CTPRP, CISA, CISM.
Job Responsibilities:
- Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).
- Identify, assess, and monitor risks associated with third-party vendors.
- Conduct due diligence on new and existing vendors to ensure they meet security, privacy, and compliance standards.
- Develop and maintain a risk assessment framework for evaluating third-party vendors.
- Monitor third-party performance and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Maintain a register of third-party risks and track mitigation efforts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure third-party risk management processes are integrated into business operations.
- Contract Alignment.
- Review vendor contracts to ensure alignment with organizational policies and compliance requirements.
- Work with legal and procurement teams to negotiate contract terms and conditions.
- Ensure contracts include appropriate risk management clauses, service level agreements (SLAs), and data protection provisions.
- Track and manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.
- Maintain a centralized repository of all vendor contracts and related documentation.
- Compliance.
- Ensure third-party vendors comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and update vendor compliance requirements accordingly.
- Conduct regular compliance assessments and audits of third-party vendors.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for third-party compliance management.
- Provide training and awareness programs on third-party risk management and compliance for internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and present reports on third-party risk and compliance status to senior management.
