Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Purchase & Contracts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in vendor identification, purchase processes, vendor management, and negotiation skills. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services to support our residential projects.

Role & responsibilities

Vendor Management:

Identify and assess potential vendors, negotiate terms, and build strong relationships to ensure a reliable supply chain.

Evaluate vendor performance and conduct regular audits to maintain high standards.

Procurement Strategy:

Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organizational goals and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and coordinate procurement activities accordingly.

Contract Negotiation:

Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure advantageous terms.

Review and analyze contract terms to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with company policies.

Cost Management:

Monitor and control procurement budgets to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.

Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization.

Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement activities, contracts, and agreements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in establishing new chain of vendors, procurement and purchase, preferably in the Real Estate sector.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
