Academic Counsellor

Role & responsibilities

• Understand the academic needs and career aspirations of students and provide personalized counseling for medical and engineering entrance exams (NEET, JEE, etc.).
• Advise students and parents on suitable courses, programs, and exam preparation strategies.
• Guide students on exam schedules, syllabus, study materials, and other educational requirements.

• Assist students and parents with the admission process, including information on eligibility, deadlines, and required documentation.
• Conduct one-on-one sessions with prospective students to explain course structures, schedules, and the benefits of various coaching programs offered.

• Ensure smooth enrollment for new students, addressing queries related to course offerings, fees, and schedules.
• Follow up with prospective students to ensure high conversion rates from inquiry to enrollment.
• Maintain a record of enrolled students and track their progress and feedback.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Ability to understand students concerns and provide empathetic and effective guidance.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of medical and engineering entrance exams and their preparation.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
